3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your personal data depends on the context:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver our hosting services and fulfill your subscription.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Our marketing site and static assets are hosted on Vercel's global edge network. Vercel may process request logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving content. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

4.2 LLM Providers

Our Paperclip and OpenClaw platforms orchestrate or proxy requests to third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) on behalf of our customers. When you use these services, your agent prompts and responses are subject to the privacy policies of the respective LLM providers. We do not share your data with LLM providers for model training purposes without explicit consent.

4.3 Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand site usage. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. Depending on your consent preferences, this may include Google Analytics (GA4) via Google Tag Manager and/or Plausible Analytics.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payment transactions are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or CVV. Our payment processor operates under PCI-DSS compliance requirements.
